Compassionate and Collaborative Therapy: Your Path to Wellness Starts Here.

Hey there! I'm glad you found your way here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges or simply seeking clarity and support, you've come to the right place.

Life can throw us curveballs sometimes, and it's okay to not have all the answers. Therapy is a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Together, we'll work towards understanding your unique journey and uncovering the strengths and solutions that already lie within you.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, challenges in relationships, changes in your health, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide you with tools and insights that enable you to live a more fulfilling life. Therapy isn't just about addressing problems—it's about discovering new perspectives, building resilience, and committing to personal growth.

I invite you to take that first move towards positive change. Feel free to explore my website and reach out with any questions you may have. You deserve support, and you don't have to do it alone.

Trauma Recovery and PTSD

Whether you're reacting to a single stressful event or have struggled with ongoing difficult experiences, trauma can overwhelm our ability to cope and can significantly disrupt your sense of safety, trust, and how you view the world and yourself. In therapy, we work together to understand your unique experience of trauma and its effects on your life. Healing from trauma is a journey that requires patience and courage, but with support, it's possible to find peace and reclaim your sense of self.

Chronic illness, Disability, and Medical issues

Living with a chronic or unexpected health condition can be incredibly tough—it affects not just your physical well-being, but your emotional and mental health as well. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating this difficult path and draw from personal lived experience with chronic health challenges to offer a unique perspective to our work together. Whether it's managing symptoms, coping with the emotional toll, or adjusting to life's new normal, I'm here to help you rediscover your sense of control and find new ways to thrive.

Women's Issues

Women often face unique challenges and experiences throughout their lives that can impact their well-being. These issues can involve a wide range of concerns including but not limited to challenges in relationships or issues related to boundaries and assertiveness, experiencing gender-based discrimination, societal pressures, and struggles with self-worth. Together, we will work to understand the impact of these experiences and develop strategies to enhance your resilience and to achieve empowerment and satisfaction in life.

A Commitment to Anti-oppressive Practice

I acknowledge the ways in which various forms of oppression (such as racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.) can impact our mental health and well-being. My priority is to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel welcome to explore their particular experiences without fear of judgment or discrimination. I continually work on developing awareness of my power and privilege through learning (and unlearning) along with critical reflection in order to create an environment where clients feel understood, respected, and an equal partner in their work with me.
